FULLY DESIGNED / DESIGN & BUILD TENDERS

All of our tenders are prepared strictly in line with the tender pricing documents issued to us. We appreciate from experience that if our Clients are successful with their tender bid they may, at an early stage, be required to provide cost savings to their own Clients.

With this in mind we ensure that when pricing projects our estimating team provide detailed pricing structures that are above and beyond what our Clients are expecting. This enables any section of the tender to be interrogated and adapted at a later date if required.

When preparing fully designed tenders we occasionally find that specifications and drawings conflict. Our costs include for documenting these conflicts and providing requests for information (RFI's) to our Clients.

We are aware that if our Clients are succesful with their tender bid it is not long before that have to assess their labour and material requirements in order to mobilise their resources.

We provide fully detailed tender reports that assist with this process. Unlike many of our competitors we provide these reports free of charge once the tender has been completed.
