SCHEDULE OF RATES / TENDER ANALYSIS

Once a tender has been completed we issue a Schedule of Rates and Tender Analysis to our Clients for their inspection and approval.

 

Schedule of Rates (SOR)

Our SOR's can be provided with materials and labour split or rounded up as a cost per item. We automatically include Main Contractors Discount at the prevailing rate on all of our tenders, although this can be adjusted to suit our Clients needs.

Tender Analysis

Our Tender Analysis report is extremely useful in tracking material and labour allowances, as well as providing an overview of the profits that should be achieved on the project.
