INITIAL CONTACT

Once our Clients have made the initial contact with us we arrange for the tender package to be delivered to us in order to assess what is required and the costs associated with preparing the tender. We are able to recieve tender documentation by the following means;

 

FILE UPLOADS

This is by far initially the quickest and cheapest option available for us to receive tender documentation. Most tender packages are now issued on CD which speeds up the process in getting this information to us. We are able to recieve FTP uploads via Internet Explorer (Web Upload) or by standalone FTP Clients. Please find below details on how to upload information to us.

ROYAL MAIL

We are able to accept tender packages by Royal Mail. Please note that as our mail is delivered to a PO Box we are unable to accept deliveries from Parcel Force or independent couriers

 

COLLECTION SERVICE

Alternatively we are able to offer a collection service - costs are applicable.

 

OUR COSTS

All of our costs are based on project prices. Unlike some of our competitors we do not have a table of costs based on contract value. We appreciate that there is normally an element of 'copying and pasting' within a tender and think it unfair that our Clients should pay premium prices for this.
